Davido Denies Leading Protesters Says He Was There To Calm Them Down: Nigerian music artiste and DMW Boss, Davido has denied ever leading people to protest against the system in the #EndSars Movement.
In a closed door meeting with some high ranking officials and the IG of Police, he was accused of leading a mass protest and the singer denied it, saying that he was only there to help calm the tension and the people.
This would seem like a ploy but we can’t tell why exactly the singer would deny having anything to do with the protest. From what we can deduce, it seemed like he was scared or under pressure but we can only hope that his choice of words would mean something else or something positive for an outcome.
